We are delighted to be welcoming back our wonderful merchants and are already seeking more, however space is limited. Please note that this market is not open to the direct selling industry such as SeneGence, Lip Sense, Scentsy, Country Scents Candles, etc.

We are trying to focus on Christmas and handcrafted items, as this is very important while trying to maintain the integrity of the market’s vision.

Fees (All fees are due prior to event, unless predetermined in your contract.)

Non-profits and Artists (face painter, caricature artist, etc.)

Retail Merchants:
1 – 10×10 space – $150.00.

Retail Food Merchants that do not require a city permit:
1 – 10×10 for profit rate – $150.00.

Food and Drink Merchants that require purchasing a city permit:
1 – 10 x 10 space – $75.00 plus 10% of gross sales (food and drink merchants are responsible for having a catering license through the city of New Braunfels or pulling their own event permit). Add 5% for each additional 10 x 10 space.

Tables, chairs, display units, covers, etc. are the responsibility of each Merchant and MUST not exceed the allotted space.

Please note that basic electricity for your lighting will be provided and plugged in by GHFoNB, NO OTHER ELECTRICITY SHALL BE PLUGGED INTO THIS CORD. Any electricity needs beyond lighting will be provided as follows:

1 ea. 110 volt, 20 amps receptacle $5.00 (NO HOT WATER HEATER)

Anyone requiring high amperage electricity above and beyond what is needed for lighting and/or phone chargers must supply their own generator.

Booth Requirements

You will be required to supply your own booth (if you are selected as a merchant for this event, instructions will be provided in your packet).

Your booth MUST adhere to the following requirements and if these requirements are not meet upon set up, you will be asked to pack your booth up and leave the grounds while forfeiting all booth fees.

  • 10′ L x 10′ W tent
  • straight legs
  • sidewalls, to secure your booth at night.
  • a façade (2017 booth winner pictured below) or means of covering the tents front with décor.
  • good lighting, for both exterior and interior use.
  • extension cord. for interior and exterior lighting.
  • exterior decorations in a Christmas theme; a cash prize will be awarded to the best dressed booth.

Please compete the form below. The earlier you submit your application the better.

Please note that selections will not be made until August 5, 2018. If you are selected, you will be notified, invoiced and sent the necessary forms for the event, please allow one weeks to be notified of your acceptance.
